On January 19th, 2024 during the official press briefing, the Ministry of Finance announced that the effective date of the mandatory KSeF will be postponed.
According to the Ministry of Finance, critical errors were detected which make it impossible to introduce KSeF in 2024. At the moment, the official date was not made public - it will be communicated once results of the external audit commissioned by the Ministry of Finance are completed.
The Ministry of Finance has underlined that introduction of KSeF is crucial for the improvement of business activity and Polish tax system security.
