From January 1, 2025, a change in SENT (Electronic Transport Supervision System) will come into force, which will have a significant impact on the supply chain. It is about the obligation to register in SENT by foreign road carriers, who will be obliged to submit a notification for each transport if they cross the borders of the Republic of Poland (regardless of the type of goods and it is not only about fuels, lubricants, etc.).
The foreign carrier will be obliged to obtain a reference number, i.e. a unique identifier assigned to each transport notification. The notification will include, among others:
