This is another project in this area. In the previous parliamentary term, no act was passed to implement DAC7.
Regardless of Poland's lack of implementation of DAC7, most EU member states have already adopted applicable regulations in this regard. As a result, it already happens that data of sellers operating on the Polish market are reported to the authorities of other Member States.
